About Me

I cruised up to Fairbanks in pursuit of a biology degree from the University of Alaska, Fairbanks. After completing my studies I turned my focus to the new love of my life, running dogs across Alaska. A simple passion that has turned into our lifestyle. Now with my husband, Andy and our 20 dogs, we travel across Alaska in preparation for our biggest adventure, the Yukon Quest. 

What we do
We are on a continuing journey to get to the starting line of the Yukon Quest. In the mean time we love to share our lifestyle with those who are looking for an Alaskan experience. We offer tours of the kennel, winter sled dog rides to views of Fairbanks and the Chatanika Valley, lodging off-site in our four-season Alaskan made yurt or on-site in our German style cabin, and guided tours to cabins either in the White Mountains or to Tolovana Hot Springs. Dog mushing is an active sport and can be physically demanding, for the safety of everyone we do have a weight limit. All contributions and experience go towards getting us to the starting line of The Quest.
